My Wolf Trap Password Security

Passwords for My Wolf Trap have the following requirements:

• Minimum length of 12 characters.
• Must contain the following:
  • Uppercase letters
  • Lowercase letters
  • Numbers
  • At least one special character ( # / $ / % /& / @, etc.)
• Passwords cannot include your name, your username, or our organization name
• Passwords cannot match any of the last six passwords used on our site

My Wolf Trap passwords must be reset every 365 days.

Password Reset Instructions

If you attempt to log in to My Wolf Trap and see the following error message, click the link as prompted to reset your password:

Enter your current password, and you will see this password reset screen:

Create a new password using the following Password Requrements:

• Minimum length of 12 characters.

Forgotten Password Instructions

If you have forgotten your password, visit the My Wolf Trap login screen and click "Forgotten Password".

On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.

You will receive an email from give@wolftrap.org with the subject line "Forgotten Password/Username request".

Click the link in the email, and you will be prompted to create a new password that follows the updated password requirements.
