Member Appreciation Dinners

Events take place during the summer season.
Each year, Wolf Trap members at the Conductor level and above are invited to be our guests at a complimentary Members-only dinner. The name—Member Appreciation Dinner—says it all: we extend our appreciation to our members for their support of Wolf Trap’s arts and education programs.
Member Appreciation Dinners provide donors the chance to learn how their contributions to Wolf Trap make an impact in their community, while also socializing with other members who share a passion for the arts.
Most of these private events are held throughout the summer season in the Associates Pavilion prior to select performances at the Filene Center, though some may be offered during the Fall on a night when no performance is scheduled. Members are offered a choice of dates for their scheduling convenience. Dinner includes a delicious buffet meal prepared by Wolf Trap’s Executive Chef Chris Faessen using ingredients from our backyard garden and an open bar, including beer, wine, and a specialty cocktail.
The beautiful outdoor setting of the Associates Pavilion provides a perfect backdrop for the lighthearted and lively atmosphere that makes this event so welcoming. We hope that members take this time to fully enjoy themselves, make connections, and build new relationships.
In addition to the dinner, Encore Circle level members receive complimentary tickets to that evening’s performance. Members at the Executive Producer level and above can bring additional guests (number varies by membership level).
Invitations to Member Appreciation Dinners are typically sent in April each year. We hope to see you there!
