My Wolf Trap Help Center
Passwords for My Wolf Trap have the following requirements:
Passwords must include at least:
- twelve characters
- one uppercase letter
- one lower case letter
- one number
- one special character (such as $, #, %, *)
Passwords can't include:
- your name (in any text direction)
- your username (in any text direction)
- "Password" (in any text direction)
- "Blackbaud" (in any text direction)
- your organization name (in any text direction)
- a year starting with 19 or 20 (even in reverse order)
- any indicator of time, date, or season (in any text direction)
- any of the above including special character variations.
For example, these don't meet the new requirements:

- My0rg6791
- Spring
- $pring
- Spr1ng
- Sunday
- $unday
- Sund@y
