Dear Friends,

What a summer it’s been! From performances and master classes to industry auditions and guest artists, the last 12 weeks have been packed with artistry, laughter, challenge, and growth. We make it a priority to create meaningful opportunities for our artists to perform and for you to connect with them at this pivotal point in their careers. You’ve gotten to know them over the summer, and I hope you’ll continue to follow their careers.

The close of the opera season always brings mixed emotions. I miss the artists and energy of our performances, but there’s also excitement for what’s next. Nationwide auditions for the 2026 company begin soon. The fast turnaround keeps us focused, invigorated, and hard at work crafting next year’s magic!

None of this could happen without you. I am grateful you chose to spend your time and resources with us, allowing us to thrive, take bold artistic steps, and nurture the next generation of opera stars. Thank you for choosing to be part of Wolf Trap Opera.
